Houston & Hawkes x Sally Abé: Continuing Our Partnership
At Houston & Hawkes, we’re proud to be continuing our collaboration with chef Sally Abé for a fourth year.
What started as a partnership focused on development has become a key part of how we support our chefs, shape our food and bring fresh thinking into the business. Over the past three years, Sally has worked closely with our teams through hands-on masterclasses, mentoring, educational visits and client-facing events.
Her impact has been felt across the kitchen, from refining techniques to inspiring new menu ideas, but more importantly, in building confidence and encouraging our chefs to develop their own style.
David Steel, our director of food, said:
