Houston & Hawkes Strengthens Senior Leadership Team

At Houston & Hawkes, we’re continuing to invest in the people and structure that support our growth, with four key appointments to our senior leadership team.

As an independent B Corp business, building a leadership team that reflects our values and ambitions is critical. These appointments strengthen our focus on long-term growth, responsible sourcing, strong governance and developing our people who make the business the success that it is.

We’re pleased to welcome Graham Meek as our new finance director. Graham brings more than 25 years’ experience in contract catering, having held senior roles across the sector. He will lead our financial strategy and reporting, helping to shape a sustainable future for the business while ensuring we continue to invest in the right areas.

We’ve also welcomed Joe Adams as supplier partnerships manager. With experience across food manufacturing and contract catering, Joe will play a key role in strengthening our supply chain. His focus will be on building strong, transparent relationships with our partners and ensuring we continue to source high-quality, responsibly produced ingredients.

Alongside these new hires, we’re proud to recognise and promote talent from within the business.

Emilie Whiteoak has stepped into the newly created role of director of people operations. Emilie has built strong relationships across our teams and brings a deep understanding of how we operate day to day. Her focus will be on supporting our people, strengthening our culture and creating clear pathways for development.

Marinela Golfita has been promoted to account director, recognising her impact on operational performance and leadership across our client sites. Marinela’s progression reflects our commitment to developing our teams and creating opportunities for growth within the business.

Dave Hawkes, co-founder and director, said:

“As we grow, it’s important that our leadership evolves with us. Bringing in Graham and Joe strengthens our capability across finance and supply chain, while Emilie and Marinela represent the very best of our business and what progression looks like at Houston & Hawkes.

These changes put us in a strong position to keep building a business that delivers for our clients, supports our teams and stays true to what we stand for.”
