Good vibes, great food and a whole lot of Christmas cheer

On Thursday 2nd October, we hosted our very first Foodie Social and what a night it was! A proper celebration of great food, great people and dare we say it, the start of the festive season.

The theme? Christmas, of course… From showstopping roasts and sides to Christmas market specials, the event brought the magic of the festive season to life.

Our chef team, Danny Keaney, Tad Adjani and others, pulled out all the stops, showcasing sustainable, high-welfare produce and dishes that celebrated the very best of British alongside an array of creative sides and market-inspired street food specials.

The Wellbeing Collective and Festive Grab & Go sections were led by Craig Hedley, who brought fresh seasonal energy to balance the indulgence.

Our barista bar team Klaudia, Giulia, Karoline and the team brewed up some serious festive cheer with this season’s drink specials such as the Golden Patch Latte and Midnight Mint Mocha. Both were big hits and will be rolling out across sites this season.

The sweet table was a complete showstopper. Our talented pastry chefs Talia, Sian and Bianca put together an incredible spread of cakes and bakes that looked as good as they tasted festive, fun and full of flair the ultimate add on to any coffee bar.

Hospitality Development Chef James Garred added the finishing touch with his Ho Ho Ho Hors d’Oeuvres, a festive selection of canapes and small bites perfect for those sophisticated Christmas events. Perfect for mingling and sampling between our supplier stands. 

A huge shout-out to Andre and his brilliant team for hosting the evening and keeping the atmosphere buzzing. The room was full of energy as teams connected with the amazing suppliers who came along to showcase their fantastic produce and products.

Our Head of Marketing, Josh Key and the marketing team wrapped up the night by sharing a sneak peek at this season’s campaigns and what’s to come in 2026. From fresh seasonal dishes to creative engagement ideas that will keep the excitement going all year round.

More than anything, the Foodie Social was about connection, bringing our teams together to celebrate creativity, share ideas and continue building a culture full of passion, innovation and of course, incredible food.
